Join Our Program
The Outdoor Advertising Association of Pennsylvania’s Public Service Program helps provide discounted advertising with the intent of supporting civic, charitable and government public service messages designed to make the state of Pennsylvania and its communities a better place for everyone. Advertising space for this program is donated by the OAAP board members' companies that we make available to users at a discounted rate. Should you be interested in utilizing the OAAP Public Service program, you need to ensure your organization meets the following eligibility requirements:
- Be a non-profit organization
- Be a charitable, civic or governmental entity
- Provide service or outreach across the state of Pennsylvania
- Use the public service campaign materials developed for the outdoor advertising campaign exclusively through the OAAP Public Service program.
In addition to the above services, OAAP can also assist in providing creative assistance for your final billboard and advertising design.
Throughout the entire program, we stay in close contact with clients, providing detailed location reports, photographs as received by member companies, and a final completion report at the end of the campaign. This report includes all of the locations the billboards were posted, photographs provided, and a summary report breaking down the dollar value of the donated advertising space for the campaign.
We do ask for a letter that will acknowledge the donation of advertising space, as well as feedback on services and products the OAAP provided that may be featured on our website as an example of those that used our PSA program. This helps us to better understand our Public Service program’s effectiveness, provide examples for others who may use our PSA program, and to improve on future iterations.
